国立大学民族乐团, （简称“国大民乐”）。其成立目的在于成为大专生接触传统音乐，文化的一个管道。国大民乐以华乐为主，其他民族传统乐器为铺，丰富了民族音乐的表演，更能凸显马来西亚多元文化的特色。

宗旨：

Orchestra Traditional UKM, abbreviated OTUKM. This organization is established as a channel for the undergraduate to explore the culture of classical music. OTUKM is mainly oriented on Chinese Orchestra, in addition with various classical music of other ethnics, enriching the Chinese musical culture, and also highlighting the multiculturalism in Malaysia.

Objectives :

1. to cultivate the cultural transmission of ethic music ,

2. to develope musicians' skill and knowledge,

3. to strengthen the spirits of cooperation and relationship among members
